Delivery Information

To ensure your items reach you safely and efficiently, we have partnered with reliable delivery providers known for their dependable service.

  • Shipping Times: The above delivery timescales approx and can be affected by factors out of our control at times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare instances. Prices are inclusive of all taxes from our side, however, customs/other charges, if any, in the destination country are for the buyer to pay. 

Our Returns Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below:

1. How to Start a Return

For all Abaya returns, you must notify us via email at info@asshcollections.com within 48 hrs of receiving your delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Condition for Returns 

To be eligible for an exchange or voucher code (no refunds), the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • All original tags must remain intact and attached.

  • The garment must show no signs of use, wear, or damage.

  • The item will undergo a thorough inspection upon arrival.

Delivery charges for returning and for the exchange (if that option is selected), are to be paid by the buyer. 

3. Exclusions

Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrances are strictly excluded from our return policy.

4. Return Shipping & Liability

  • Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Liability: Assh Collections cannot be held liable for any return packages that are lost in transit or do not reach us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.
